You ABSTRACT IS ACCEPTED and you are invited to register and attend so that you can participate in the 2025 Annual Meeting and Scientific Sessions Trainee Oral Poster Competition.

When? Friday, October 4, 2025 - 4:45 - 5:30 PM

Where? The Renaissance Asheville Downtown, Asheville, North Carolina

You are provided with waived registration for the meeting and up to two (2) nights hotel (Friday and Saturday evening October 3 &4).

You can use this link to register only one time per trainee poster presenter. If you are local and do not require a hotel room, we can provide parking reimbursement up to $20 per day.

Please complete your registration by Wednesday, September 3 so that we can secure your hotel needs.

3. Send your high resolution pdf (one slide) of your poster to Robin@painsocieties.org by September 20 - we display your poster digitally not on poster boards.

Prizes awarded: 1st: $500, 2nd: $300, 3rd $250. YOU MUST BE PRESENT and PARTICPATE in the ORAL POSTER COMPETITION to WIN!
